Sometime after 2:00pm began my walk with the dog when I saw smoke behind the hill from my house. As I turned to walk up the hill I could hear sirens as the Gloucester Fire Department headed over to East Main Street. Then it was back home to grab the camera and head back over the hill as the GFD again made a great stop and saved the home from extensive destruction. All out was declared at 4:15pm. As far as I know there were no injuries.

Great pics as usual Jay. I might just send a link to the "most valuable resources" pic to some of the national firefighting magazines. I'm sure they'd enjoy that!
really the angle of this shots are really great. The action on the scene really very heart stopping.
