Life On The Dock !
I bet there are Gloucester natives that really don't know what goes on at the docks. It's busy, hectic and sometimes fun working the docks, it can be dangerous to! And surprises happen more often than not making time there go quick. Boats come in to land their catch all hours, a few times I was called for a 3:00am landing. That's a magical time, driving through town you are lucky to see one person up at that hour but when you get near the dock the hustle and bustle appears. Within an hour or two the harbor comes alive with the small "day boats" start to head out for a day of fishing.
Taking a break.

Thanks for the behind the scenes look.

Those are some great, raw dock photos, Jay! I can't believe how big some of the fish are!
Congratulations on having your photo chosen for the brochure. How cool is that!
