Recently I received an email from Michael Centrella an artist from Connecticut. He has used some of my images to paint from. Sometimes when I look at a subject to shoot I think of it as a painting, perhaps as an artist would trying to match the actual vision with what paints to smear on the palette. What Mr. Centrella does with canvas makes me feel as if I cheated with just a simple click!
Also I headed to a few of my East Gloucester haunts to capture the recent snow fall.

Love your photos and his paintings.

Jay should be commissioned when artists use his photos!!! After all, the artist wouldn't have the subject if it wasn't for his click of the camera!!!!
I can't even imagine having that kind of talent! The first painting is really something!
Jay, you certainly didn't cheat anything. It takes a good eye to see such beauty from behind the camera. The average person could never capture what you do. So there.
