Hurricane Bill gave Cape Ann a kiss...from 100 miles away! The clouds moved in and a little late night rain, higher tides and a little surf. Lines of thunderstorms preceded Bill and moved just west of us saturday afternoon. I climbed the hill behind my house to watch the building clouds. Then today I checked out Good Harbor beach in the morning only to find low tide and a ho-hum surf. In the afternoon as the tide rolled in so did the waves and the onlookers.
