From Storm to Sunshine !
It was something to see,a storm front approaching Gloucester early evening from the northwest. Looking like a suspended wave, the front rolled over the city skyline in an impressive show of nature. Rumbles of thunder and a few bolts of lightning(which I didn't catch) added to the show. As it approached it seemed frozen in place for a time then the cloud bank actually started to roll before my eyes! I was expecting Charlton Heston to make an appearance! That was the time to get down off the hill and head home. As soon as I reached the front door the sky opened up!

You've been a busy bee Jay!
Great work!
WOW! STUNNING!!!
Nature puts on shows that money can't buy.I wish I captured the lightning but the storm teased me! Every time I would re-position the tripod that's when the lightning showed! But seeing it live as the front started to roll over was awesome! Add to that the sun trying to show it's face behind the front took my breath away!
Between you and Steve the town of Gloucester is covered! As I told Steve, it's hard to believe you have such a beautiful view everyday.
