With Tropical Storm "Danny" two days away the weather today was as perfect as it gets! With temps in the 70's and bright skies it was the time to head out in the boat before I got her "storm ready". My way of getting the boat prepared for heavy weather is to install all curtains, seal rod holders(they open to the bilge allowing rain in),lowering the VHF antenna and taking in any securing line slack.
