Flag day has always been an important holiday on Cape Ann. The ROTC program at Gloucester High School has played a role since the 1800's and countless citizens have served in the armed forces since the days of the Revolution. Stacy Boulevard in Gloucester is Flag Day from Memorial Day until Labor Day with hundreds of flags proudly waving from the rails.
Here along with a look of the Boulevard are images from around the harbor.
