Fireworks in Gloucester the night before on the 3rd, herald in the 4th of July. Fireworks are very difficult to photograph if you spend too much time changing the settings on your camera. That was the case with me when I thought I had a brilliant idea. Well the plan didn't work and the quality of the shots were duds! With having the 4th off from work I decided to go for a ride in the boat. I was prepared for the antics of weekend boaters and I promised myself to keep my cool. After a tour offshore I headed up river. While patiently waiting for the Blynman Bridge to go up a "Weekend Warrior" with no idea that river traffic has the right-of-way blasted his way through the "Cut"!
