See Ya March !
March 2011 was a cold month, only one decent warm day and the past week temps below normal. It's also the end of the fishing season for most of the "Day Fleet" as April will see closures of the inshore fishing grounds. Today the fishing vessel "Miss Trish II" came in to offload as building clouds with a possibility of snow rolled in. So what else is new?

Present and Past !
The last few weeks the fishermen still with quota available have been rushing to sea before the end of this fishing season. The beginning of April the government closes much of the near shore fishing grounds and May 1st it starts all over again. Because of this I've been busy on the docks and my camera time has been limited.

From Pizza to Juggling Haddock!
Ya you read it right, A typical day on the Gloucester waterfront. In this case a couple of days.

Oh....How Quick the Weather Changes !
It's that time of year that our area burps summer,winter spring and fall all in the same day at times.
