With rain and drizzle the last few days I stumbled on a boarding of the fishing vessel "Bantry Bay" by the USCG 47'MLB. Also a few other harbor subjects. Then I decided to go back to this week in 2009 and bring back a few sunset images.
Good Harbor Beach in the rain.
"Bantry Bay" and USCG 47' MLB.
Side by side.
Speeding up.
Passing the Tarr & Wonson Paint Factory.
"Coastie"on wheelhouse roof!
Climbing down.
"Grace Marie" heads in.
Getting ready to dock.
"Knotts Island" high and dry for work.
Between the lines.
Gull flies by.
Derelict pilings.
Clouds against the setting sun.
Pilings.
March sunset.
City Hall.

Beautiful sunset! I also love the photos of the boats.
Beautiful Piling shots!
That poor Bantry bay seems like a magnet for the USCG. I've seen them be boarded before and listen to on my scanner a few times in the last couple of years.
