While walking the dog at Stage Fort Park I discovered the Sea Serpent painted on the rocks of Cressy's Beach vandalized again! After the original was covered with white paint by vandals another was quickly added. Now Sea Serpent #II is obscured by black paint. It's a shame that someone had to put a "black eye" on such a beautiful spot. Well at least no one can ruin a beautiful sunset!
