Update 1/26/09:
Wayne is doing better but there's a long way to go. He opened his eyes this morning and it looks like his eyesight and hearing is coming along.In the meantime his fellow officers are starting a collection for their fellow police officer. I looked at these the other day but just now realized you were looking out the windows of your relatives house to take most of the shots! And what shots they are! Glad they are both okay.
Any word on the officer who survived the blast? Hard to believe anyone could survive something so devastating.
And the house with a corner missing, I take it that is not the relatives home, right? Just a neighbor.

Officer Sargent was up-graded to "Good" condition yesterday,doctors expect a complete recovery! My relatives house is directly across the street from the blast. That house with the damaged corner sits next to the blast site.If you look close,some of those shots I took were through broken glass. There was broken glass everywhere. In fact broken glass went through the bedroom door and into the hall and into the romm on the backside of the house!
