Paint Factory.....Lofty Plans !

Tarr & Wonson began to produce marine paints back in 1862 and their "Paint Factory" has been there for almost that long! Long ago shut down, the buildings have suffered decay through the years. Plans and developers have come and gone while the structure's value as an iconic symbol of Gloucester's waterfront has increased.Then along came Ocean Alliance....an organization devoted to studying and improving the quality of our planet's oceans. The "Paint Factory" will become their new headquarters complete with a lab and extensive library. 10 million dollars is the goal to complete the project.I added their web site in my "links" section,there you will be able to see more of their plans.
