Life Goes On!

So it  goes, life during a pandemic. More than ever we all need to do the right thing to overcome this. It will take teamwork from the biggest team of all, mankind! And that means social distancing and wearing masks. So mask up, smile with your eyes and actions and we can all beat this hopefully in the near future.

Meanwhile I didn't take many images this week, been busy doing yard work and fixing things around the house. I included images from 5 years ago this week.

Early in the week I noticed a large animal had dug a couple of holes around a stump in the yard so I filled them in. the net day as I got home from work they were opened up and it looks something even larger like a coyote dug'm up! I'm thinking a groundhog made a den in there. I covered them up again and it's been undisturbed for 5 days now.

 The yellow cable is attached to a lever on the plow. The lever when pulled back allows the blade to pivot left, right or straight ahead. I got tired every time I had to change the angle I'd have to get off the tractor to change it. Not anymore thanks to this hack!

Pandemic Pause Continues!

With restrictions in place life as we know it has certainly had an effect on everybody and everything. Traffic at times is non-existent which at times is not a bad thing but I noticed less air traffic to. It kind of reminds me the days after 911.

Someone is making signs of  the carvings from the Babson Boulders of Dogtown and planting them along Bass Rocks!

 Over a year ago the city covered my path to my compost pile and emergency water source for my koi pond(city tap water kills the fish) dumping brush from some downed trees. Now I have time to clean it up.

Hunkered Down But Still Around!

While most do their part in this war against the Caronavirus I pretty much go to work then head home. There's not much to do in between with all the restrictions in place except yard work. We had an interesting weather week with rain, wind and a little snow.

Not much getting around these days!

It's pandemic preoccupation with this coronavirus still hanging around the country and the world. The more this goes on the more I see the need for a vaccine to get things back to normal. Lets hope it's soon.
