This past Sunday while launching my boat a strange fog descended over Cape Ann. The fog hugged around the harbor leaving the inner harbor itself clear. Like the eye of a hurricane, little wind and bright sunshine! Then it happened again on Monday. But on Monday the fog bank approached the Tarr & Wonson Paint Factory then stopped. Again the inner harbor stayed fog free!
