Oh So Brief !

Finally a day off just to goof off! I headed down to the boat and topped off the fuel tanks turned the key and nothing! Great the battery is dead, and I should of expected it. With hardly any time to go boating she has been sitting idle at the dock for some time. I figured no big deal I'll haul out the portable power charger and once I get going she'll charge right up. Once hooked up to the battery I lowered the engine into the water and errr,errr,err....no start! Since my boat is in the mud at low tide I had just enough reserve power in the booster to trim the engine back up. Then it was a trip to town to buy a new battery. By the time it was installed I had just enough time to take a spin to the outer harbor and back before the tide went out!
