What-a-Bumma !

Don't get me wrong....I'm glad Hurricane Earl weakened and turned away from us, but I was wishing for a big photographic friendly surf to hit our shore. As soon as I opened my front door and didn't hear that distant rumble, I knew the seas were going to be no big deal. Anywho I headed over to Good Harbor Beach and then over to my boat to set-up the bimini top.

January surf!

Crossing the footbridge.

Fancy hat and Thacher Island.

Approaching wave.

Salt Island

Twin Lights

Wave on wave.

Wave spray!

Wind swept waves.

Dragging the board over to the creek.

Umbrella planted.

Eastern Point Light

Back Shore art.

Bass Rocks art.

Outgoing tide in Smith Cove.

My boat ready to go.

When I returned home the Water Hyacinth in my pond was in full bloom!

  1. Great images!
One would think the parents of those children would see the rocks laying on the sidewalk. Doh!
