Racing....Gloucester Style !

Niles Beach was the location of the final elimination dory race for the right to face off against the Canadians on Saturday 6/20 starting at 8:30am at the State Fish Pier. The International Dory Races have been going on for over 50 years ! There are different classes of races Mens,womens,juniors,mixed and seniors who will be battling their Canadian counterparts.Today the final Mens division elimination was a close one! The team of Tom Jarvis and Jim Tarantino defeat the team of Joe Cominelli and Jerry Ciarmitaro in a time of 9:54 to 9:56 !

    Really enjoyed these images. Wish I were there to shoot the upcoming races. I'll have to be content looking at your site to see the results. Nice job with these images.
