Most times I have no clue on what or where to photograph. I just jump in my truck and go. But one thing I watch for is how the light reacts with subjects. Today was one of those days of partly cloudy skies and sharp vivid visability. As the clouds drifted overhead the light was in constant change. Once I got to one location I would notice the shifting clouds creating great contrast in other locations. In a way I was chasing the sky! It didn't matter if I wasn't shooting the sky,the light was "painting" everything that it illuminated. Oh.....Before I got into the truck the first thing that stood out was the crocus next to my front step. Spring has sprung!
