Rain, Rain and More Rain!

This time last year we were in a drought, the brook in back of my house went dry in the first time in my life time. This week the brook is running full as is my rain barrel. And my lawn is just about growing before my eyes!

First time stuck at the bridge, and it's raining.

Fog vs Fireworks and the Fog Wins!

One of my favorites to shoot are fireworks. This year the 400th anniversary of the founding of Gloucester the fireworks were scheduled the 3rd after the parade. But a forecast of rain that night (which never happened) they were rescheduled to the 8th. I knew from the visibility my usual spot by the Fishermen's Memorial I would have to move closer to their launching spot. I waited by the Fishermen's Wife's statue and all I could see was the launch and that's it!

Concert in the fog!
