The Wonder of Nature!

While in my yard I noticed one of two resident Red Tailed Hawks sitting in a tree across the way. I had to get my camera and that guy sat there a good 20 minutes. I was hoping to get a shot of his majestic takeoff but I had to wait and wait. When I zoomed in on him I noticed he was sleeping! So I started yelling and he soon woke up. Shortly he began to flutter about as I steadied the camera and began clicking away. With one last defiant look he raised his tail and instead of a majestic takeoff he he proceeded to take a majestic poop!
Lesson learned.....Never wake up a sleeping Red Tailed Hawk!

A Little Bit of This and That!

No real theme in this post. I caught the sunrise from my office window and took a few cloudy day shots around the Boulevard and shots around Newell Stadium. The last two from last year just for the heck of it.

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Traveling Wall Comes To Gloucester!

This past week the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Traveling Wall came to Gloucester's Fuller School. Thousands came to pay respect to the 58,300 who were lost during the conflict.

I also included images from the New Balance Track and Field at Newell Stadium.
