August Images and Gloucester Crossing!

Going through my database, I came up with August photos that I hadn't posted yet. And today I took a ride up to the Mall....Gloucester Crossing! It still is under construction but things are progressing. Landscaping is under way and store interiors are being filled. Another layer of pavement is needed for the access roads. The Market Basket supermarket appears on the small size while a hiring trailer is set up.

Well Tropical Storm "Danny" was a bust. Heavy rains and late gusts of wind but that was about it.

Calm Before The Storm !

With Tropical Storm "Danny" two days away the weather today was as perfect as it gets! With temps in the 70's and bright skies it was the time to head out in the boat before I got her "storm ready". My way of getting the boat prepared for heavy weather is to install all curtains, seal rod holders(they open to the bilge allowing rain in),lowering the VHF antenna and taking in any securing line slack.
